I am the anonymous person who gave you the schools that invited me on September 27, 2007 12:09 AM. You wanted my credentials. I am a US senior, above average board score (but not outstanding), 5 honors in organ systems and 4 honors in clerkships. Probably some strong LOR (but I don’t know I have not seen them). I am an average student compared to my class. Can you please tell me why you said that my list of schools is impressive? The reason I check you site daily is because I have not received and interview from many schools and I am trying to figure out if that is normal. I originally thought that all the school start sending out invitations right away. Thanks for this site, I love it.

Hi US senior. we love the way you have humbly expressed your credentials. You have not mentioned your USMLE scores; otherwise your overall credentials are good. congrats! The list of programs you mentioned were different and better from the usual IMG-friendly ones. Thats why I said that the list was impressive.
The full potential of your application will be revealed only after Nov 1, when the programs start reviewing the MSPE. So gotta wait till then. good luck. Keep us informed. Thanks a lot for leaving your comments here.

HI US senior, it is the policy of few programs to wait until MSPE to make their decision. It doesnot mean that they are not satisfied with the rest of your application. congrats on your interviews. sorry for the delayed reply as i was busy with my interviews. Thanks for your input.
