Yahoo voice costs about the same as the Airtel calling card. But you need to have internet to use yahoo, unlike airtel which can be used from any phone in the US. Skype costs about 13 Euro cents to call India.

You can try Stanacard also.
It has many offers and gives incentives for referrals also!

Reliance India Call has a rate of 7.4 cents/min when using their toll-access numbers. Its better service than Airtel.
Another online provider, www.uniontelecard.com has a very clean Bharat Maata Card, giving 6.6 cents per minute with 1 second rounding. I use both of these.
